Nicole Phillips, BSc, MBA
Process, Productivity, and Planning Specialist
Before founding Strada3 Consulting, Nicole spent nine years working with all organizational levels—from field staff to senior executives—gaining experience across a number of functional areas including strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, product management, and marketing.
Nicole thrives on simplicity and it is what drives her work. She is known for her exceptional organizational and planning abilities, and her talent for simplifying complexity and chaos, in particular digesting and simplifying complex processes and information. Nicole spent most of her career working with senior and executive level management, often working on projects that required consolidating varying viewpoints in order to get to consensus. She has a keen ability to problem solve and to identify opportunities to achieve results. She has applied her planning skills in multiple realms—strategy development and implementation planning, conference and event planning, marketing campaign planning, and website design and content development. She also planned two-day monthly strategy meetings for the management team in which key strategic decisions were discussed and made.
Nicole's passion is to help clients work through the complexity of their daily work and simplify both their professional and personal lives in order to be productive and achieve more, whatever "more" may be. In every role she has held, she strove to find ways to make it more efficient by applying process where appropriate.
Nicole has a love of reading and writing. You will often see book reviews in the Insights section of some of the latest books or old favorites that she's read.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
